2. Services Description
Budlio provides a visual dashboard to help users track, organize, and calculate cost splits for subscription plans and general household budgets. Key features include:
- Manual and semi-automated subscription entry and tracking.
- Calculation of group subscription cost sharing.
- Interactive category budget alerts and transaction visualization tools.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of Budlio, you may need to register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your password secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Permitted Use & User Rules
You agree to use Budlio only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You must not:
- Upload false billing records, mock transactions, or split details intended to defraud others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal source assets and visual layouts of the application.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or script runners to extract data from our interfaces.
5. Financial Disclaimers
Budlio is not a bank, financial planner, or payment processor.
- Manual Metadata: All budgets, balances, and shared splits calculated in the app are based on user-provided metadata. You are responsible for ensuring input accuracy.
- No Direct Transfers: Budlio calculates splits and sends alerts, but does not execute payments or direct funds between users. All billing settlements must be made independently between group members.
- Use At Your Own Risk: We provide optimization scores and budget calculations "as is". We are not liable for bank fees, interest charges, or dispute settlements between split group members.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budlio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the application.
